Beauty Tips, In 10 Minutes or Less!
I am a HUGE FAN of time saving. Don't ask me why, but I LOVE when
I can multi-task or conserve time, especially when it comes to beauty!
MORNING SKIN CARE TIPS-
When it comes to a morning skincare routine, keep it simple.
Our skin naturally produces oil throughout the day, so no need to pack
on the hydration. The key for day time is to keep the skin protected from the elements,
that are harmful.

1. I prefer to do my exfoliation in the morning, during a shower.
Use a little water to wet the face and scrub gently for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
2. PROTECTION! This is the most important step and can be the easiest.
I personally use two products, first a serum followed with a primer or moisturizer
with spf 15. Either apply one over the other or mix together, depending on the product.
This simple step will protect your skin from the harsh environment, throughout the day.
MORNING MAKEUP TIPS-
1.Probably my favorite 'go-to' pick-me-up when I am late or tired, or hungover. Whoops. :)
-Fill in your brows and pop on a bright lip color.
-Literally that's it.
This is the easiest way to look put together and save time too.
Note: Some people don't know, I am super self conscious of my skin,
so I almost always put on a foundation before I go out. A light
water based foundation, with spf can also brighten in times of need.
2. Alternative to that is a natural look....
-Fill in your brows and pop on a cheek color.
-I personally love a pink or coral.
This is great for those, that don't wear a lot of makeup.
No matter who you are, a little brow grooming can go a long way!
EVENING TIPS-
Give yourself a 10 minute facial!
1. Cleanse for 2 minutes
2. Apply an enzyme ,or mask of choice or 5 minutes.
3. Follow with a serum or moisturizer.
This will ensure that your skin is clean and hydrated.
(I like to brush my teeth, while my mask is on)
MINI-PEDICURE AT HOME-
This is my favorite thing to do, after a long work day.
Soak your feet or entire body in lavender and epsom salt.
Epsom salt is amazing for the muscles and any inflammation.
Follow with a Salve or your favorite moisturizer.
A simple 5 minute self foot massage is a great way to relieve tension.
